I lead my independent activity from april 1993 year.

Consulting activity includes counseling in range of doing business, organization and management.
My services allow decrease risk taking up unsuitable management decision.


I am auditor of certifying organization also, beyond consulting activity.
As an auditor I have competences at:
- quality managament of ISO 9001:2000 standard,
- environmental management of ISO 14001:2004 standard,
- safety management of PN-N-18001:2004 standard.

I deal with consulting activity presently in:

- project design and accustoming of claim of international and national standards ( ISO 9001:2000; ISO 14001:2004; ISO TS 16949:2002; PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025, HACCP, PN-N-18001:2004; OHSAS 18001, etc ) and UE directives

- counseling in winning union means on projects leaned by UE Structural Funds assistance ( counseling, investments ),

- improvement of quality management system in organizations, which own certificate of conformity with chosen reference standards,

- problem sources identifying and elimination manners of them finding,

- cost decrease manner finding,

- organization's efficiency increase,

- management optimization and support in management method improving,

- elaboration firm analysis of: management method, document and information flows, production planning, sale planning, purchasing planning,

- firm key areas diagnostic periodic reviews,

- investment profitability analysis,

- and other orders related to economic activity.
