Design, Development, Documentation, Implementation and Maintenance of
"Customized Operating System, Processes and Procedures"

The design and development of "customized operating systems processes and procedures" provides the opportunity to systematically review and evaluate present operations from a company wide "best-for-business" perspective. As your business service provider we will:

• Assess starting conditions (present operations) and plan the program to maximize use of existing systems and documentation.
• Train personnel on the appropriate standard to the level of detail necessary for their position.
• Establish and lead, or co-lead, your Steering Committee to make Program decisions.
• Provide coaching, facilitation, leadership and efficient transfer of knowledge related to the latest interpretation of the requirements of applicable standards.
• Develop the Master Plan and Schedule and implement activities to keep the process moving forward.
• Write the Company Operating Manual (Quality and/or Environmental) to reflect company Policy.
• Write operating procedures to address all elements of the appropriate standard in either text or Process Map format. Identify supporting work instructions, check sheets, forms and other documents necessary to the proper functioning of the operating system.
• Review the documented procedures and supporting documents and provide suggestions and recommendations to facilitate the implementation process.
• Conduct a two-day "on-site" Audit Team Member Training session for 8-10 employees and function as Lead Auditor as the trainees perform real audits.
• Lead the Internal audit function as Lead Auditor for the duration of the development and documentation period.
• Conduct a full assessment of the documented system to uncover deficiencies in the procedures or failure to fully address requirements of the applicable standard.
